The project so far

One page per package: what was built (with dates and PR numbers), the technical decisions and why they were made, and the problems encountered — including the ones that were consciously accepted rather than fixed. Every claim traces back to a PR, a handover, or a product document. These pages are snapshots (as of 2026-08-18); later sessions append to them.
